For the moment we’re purely an online retailer, our registered Office is based in Mandvi-Kutch,Gujarat, India.

What are the payment options at Kutch Culture ?
KutchCulture accepts all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks via our Third-party payment gateway,palpal, paytm, PayUmoney and Cash On Delivery available.
How do I change or cancel my order ?
You can cancel an order until it has been processed in our warehouse. Any amount you paid will be credited back into your account.
Modification of Shipping address: You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (shipped) it, by contacting our customer support team at 7069382569 or email [email protected]
Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Processed Orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
How do I change or cancel my order ?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the my account link and logging into your KuthCulture Account.
SHIPPING
What are KutchCulture’s shipping rates?
KutchCulture Provides free home delivery in India, for international orders shipping charges will be applicable.
What will happen if my parcel gets lost?
The vast majority of orders are delivered without a problem but should yours not be received after 7 working days (India) or 15 working days(international) We will raise a full investigation with our couriers to track the parcel and establish whether the item has been delivered, mis-delivered or lost. We will place a replacement on hold for you until we have confirmed the situation with our couriers. If we are able to confirm and item is lost we will despatch a replacement order (stock willing) or issue a refund in full.
